Model prices are published per call; the subscription buys the production layer around them. Every API call draws from your monthly pool at the tool's listed price - you always know what you'll pay before you submit.
Every tool in the catalog (background removal, image upscale, video generation, etc.) has a fixed price per call. Visible on the tool card and in the live cost estimate before you submit.
A pipeline chains multiple tools into one request. You pay the sum of each step's per-call price. The total is shown before submit, so multi-step runs are still predictable.
No separate meters for EVAL scores, gates, or moderation - they all draw from the same pool at their tool-level price. Live cost estimate appears in the dashboard as you change params, so there's no surprise at runtime.
Every API call draws from your monthly pool at the tool's posted per-call price. Pipelines bill the sum of the calls inside them, so a 3-step pipeline costs the three step prices combined. Each EVAL scoring judgement is €0.02. One balance, no separate meters.
Paid plans have a spend cap on top of your monthly bundle - by default 2× your monthly credit (€600 for Pro, €1,800 for Scale). Once your bundle is used, additional calls bill at PAYG rates against your card up to the cap. Past the cap, requests return HTTP 402 until the next cycle or you raise the cap from the dashboard.
We email you at 80% and 100% of the cap so you can adjust before hitting the wall. Free hard-stops at €0 balance and top-ups are limited to €100 a month - enough to evaluate, not to run a product on. Past that, the next step is Pro.
Yes. Switching up applies immediately and prorates the difference. Switching down (or cancelling) takes effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep the credit you already paid for.
Plan credits reset monthly — use it or lose it. PAYG balance (any top-ups you purchase outright) never expires. If you're not sure your usage is predictable yet, stay on Free + PAYG.
7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, unlimited on Scale. Outputs you have already downloaded are yours regardless; the window is how far back the dashboard and the logs API let you look.
You describe the use case via Contact. We design and ship a pipeline tailored to your inputs and outputs - it appears in your dashboard with its own slug, curl example, and per-asset pricing.
Custom pipelines are a quoted build engagement, available to any Pro or Scale customer and not included in a plan. Cost depends on scope, typically €2-5k, including any integration work to your systems. Once shipped, runs of that pipeline draw from your normal credit pool like any other tool.
Annual plans save 20%: Pro €239/mo, Scale €639/mo (billed yearly). For ≥100k requests/mo, SSO, dedicated infrastructure, or custom SLAs - talk to us and we'll quote a contract.

Every tool card in the dashboard shows its pricing model — a fixed amount for catalog tools, or a $min – $max range for metered ones. Hit POST /api/process/{slug}/estimate with your params to preview the exact cost before submitting. The result panel also shows the actual amount charged after every call.
