1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the apiai.me API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

apiai.me provides a REST API that lets you run AI workflows (image editing, image generation, video generation, text generation) by calling a single endpoint. The service is provided as-is and may change at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key publicly. You are responsible for all usage billed to your account.

4. Billing

Usage is billed per request at the rate shown in the dashboard. Credits are pre-purchased and deducted per use. Unused credits are non-refundable except at our discretion. Costs are reserved before processing begins; failed requests are refunded.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use apiai.me to:

• Generate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
• Create content designed to harass, threaten, or harm specific individuals.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing.
• Resell or sublicense API access without written permission.
• Violate the terms of any underlying AI model provider (Google, OpenAI, xAI, Replicate).

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of executing your request. We do not store, use, or train on your content beyond what is necessary to fulfil the request.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, errors, or incorrect output.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse. We will endeavour to give notice where practical.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
