- Images and files — files you submit to workflows are processed and immediately discarded. We do not store uploaded images after processing.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and bill for the API service.
- Send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts).
- Monitor system health and debug errors.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Data retention
Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion by contacting us at apiai.me/contact.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Gemini, xAI, OpenAI, Replicate — AI model providers (your prompts and images may be sent to these services as part of workflow execution)
- MailerSend — transactional email
- Render — cloud hosting

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to the dashboard. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
